Postage and Packaging.UK postage and packing costs £3.99. We post via Royal Mail for orders under 2kg and Hermes for orders over 2kg. We offer next day delivery for £5.99. Delivery is free on orders over £75. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days, however most are dispatched much quicker!

Is our packaging eco-friendly?Yes! We want to protect our planet for future generations. We only use recycled boxes and material in our packaging. Please support us by recycling all of your Catkins packaging.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive or is damaged?We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days, however there may be occasional postage delays which are outside of our control. If you are waiting for an order, please let us know and we will track it for you. We would be devestated to hear you have recieved a damaged item. We will do our best to respond to your email within 48 hours and get any issues sorted quickly.
